A few days later than we hoped for, but now IGEL has released a firmware with Citrix Workspace App 2212, it took some extra time as IGEL wanted to have the Citrix Ready certification for the NSEPA (Citrix Endpoint Analysis) published – Read the Citrix Ready Infopage here: https://citrixready.citrix.com/igel-technology/citrix-endpoint-analysis-for-igel-os.html
NSEPA has been asked about from many customers, now it’s here and baked in!
Citrix NSEPA is disabled by default, but as always with IGEL, a flick of a switch will make it enabled 🙂 read the release notes below on how to enable Citrix NSEPA.
Other news is Citrix Optimized Microsoft Teams background blur and background replacement. This is still in technical preview, but what can go wrong 😀
There is also another new Citrix feature to help with audio quality when you are experiencing Network Latency fluctuations – Client-side jitter buffer mechanism. This is also in technical preview.
